Design Education
I believe that design is a valuable tool that can and should be used by everyone. I want to educate and empower others to utilize it to improve their lives. I do that by giving lectures, hosting classes, creating videos, tips, and how to guides. I am currently working on a book that details how to approach the design of the family home in a room-by-room guide.

Employee Design Experience Programs
I led a program called the Employee Design Experience that managed teams of employees around the world as they added the finishing touches to Airbnb’s meeting rooms. It was a hands on Design 101 program that took them from concepts through installation.
